Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Leeds or Edinburgh office.

Our team delivers at pace, collaborating closely with customer labs, platform teams, D2C operations, marketing, FNZ, Mass Affluent, and SW Waterfront. Our personal pension and investments products reach millions of customers across Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Scottish Widows.
Reporting to the Senior Pensions Product Manager, you'll lead the management of the personal pension products portfolio to meet business and customer objectives. This includes driving customer and consumer duty outcomes through robust product management, data analysis, risk and opportunity management, and innovation and optimization of customer products and journeys.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop and deliver customer products & journeys: Includes pricing, product development, asset strategy, and marketing.

Customer insights: Plan, propose, and lead initiatives to improve customer outcomes.

Lead customer treatment strategies: Address ad-hoc product-related issues and ensure robust control frameworks.

Maintain industry knowledge: Stay updated on products and assets suitable for the target market.

Support Continuous Product Management (CPM): Coordinate and assist the team in CPM process delivery.

Ensure governance and risk awareness: Follow governance procedures, call out breaches, and champion stakeholder engagement and collaborative working.

What you’ll need:

Knowledge of pensions and investments: Understanding of the challenges associated with operating within a complex regulatory environment, including Consumer Duty outcomes.

CPM framework: Knowledge and experience of Continuous Product Management.

Customer centricity: Ability to promote the value of customer outcomes with the team, anticipate customers' needs, and use customer input to present outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.

Product innovation and development: Ability to apply customer, business, and market analysis into new and innovative ideas.
