As a Cycle Count Administrator, you will administer the program to help maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize variances. You will report to the receiving supervisor.
Key Responsibilities

Implement a procedural cycle count program for raw materials, packaging and rework.

Perform regular cycle counts at 3rd party warehouse, documenting requirements for inventory adjustments.

Implement system to consume miscellaneous usage of materials.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and develop corrective actions.

Input transfers to Distribution Network of material to be returned to the plant for processing as rework.

Maintain onsite inventory of rework material.

Develop schedule for rework team to meet targets and the production schedule.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

Prior experience in SAP.

Forklift certification (standup/sit-down).

Ability to work 10am-7pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime(based on company need). Training will be 7am-4pm.
