Cybrarian

Join our Cybrarian team and play a key role in managing digital assets alongside ITG content consultants and project managers. This role offers a deep dive into digital asset management, supporting a global consumer health company, and evolves to directly handle client requests, requiring both technical and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, with a passion for completing tasks to the highest standards. Your ability to follow processes and enjoy consistent work will be crucial, as will your proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support assessment and execution of marketing asset upload requests and revocations
  Review and categorise marketing assets for specific requirements
• Identify and retrieve marketing assets from the DAM
• Uphold high standards of data integrity for marketing assets
• Manage and prioritise workload according to business needs
• Support team requirements for asset audits and quality checks
• Proactive contribution to continuous improvement
• Undertake activity to help enrich marketing asset quality and improve its utility
• Support calls with the client to guide through the asset upload request process and related queries

• Strong Excel skills
• Good knowledge of other standard IT Applications (Word, PPT etc...)
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good written communication
• Confidence in learning and applying new technologies
• An understanding of DAM, marketing asset formats, metadata and/or taxonomy principles would be an advantage, but not essential if comparable aptitude can be demonstrated.
