Cybersecurity Policy Manager

Salary: $116,000 - $140,000

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of our cybersecurity policies in alignment with CMMC and other regulatory frameworks. This role serves as a critical interface between Engineering, IT, and Security, ensuring that configuration and change management processes are properly documented and integrated into policy updates.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and update cybersecurity policies to ensure compliance with CMMC and other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to capture system configurations and change management processes for policy implementation.
• Ensure policy adherence and enforcement across the organization, working closely with ISSMs, compliance teams, and senior leadership.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend updates based on evolving threats, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise on cybersecurity policy, governance, and risk management.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and policy frameworks meet compliance requirements.
• Develop and deliver training on cybersecurity policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Eligibility for Secret U.S. Security Clearance; existing clearance (TS/SCI) preferred
• CISSP preferred; other relevant certifications (CISM, CISA, CAP) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of CMMC requirements and policy development.
• Experience working with engineering and IT teams to integrate cybersecurity policies with system configurations and change management.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, DFARS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
