We are a Boston-based B2B company developing the most unique AI Software to optimize the performance of battery packs across a wide range of industries. Electra’s AI Adaptive Controls Technology and Analytics Platform works in tandem to improve Electric Vehicle battery pack performance, lifetime, and safety, across entire eFleets.
We focus on the automotive industry, particularly electric vehicle manufacturing, EV battery software, connected mobility, fleet management and analytics, and more. Although we focus on the automotive sector, Electra's technology can be deployed in Aerospace, Robotics, Grid, and other industries rapidly transitioning into clean energy.

Electra Vehicles, Inc. is an industry leader and pioneer of hybrid energy storage system design and controls for automotive and grid applications. Energy storage technology is the critical element to enable large-scale implementation of electric vehicles and renewable energy, but existing systems are oversized, and thus overpriced. The optimized hybrid energy storage system design and controls used by Electra have been shown to reduce system cost by as much as 42%, double the lifetime of the battery system, and greatly improve performance in periods of high-current charging and discharging.
