About the opportunity:

We are excited to be looking for a Manager - Application Management Services, to join our high performing team! Reporting to the Regional Director Application Management Services, this role will be a key member of the team and will support both the embedded services that come with a subscription to the Kognitiv technology platform and/or client contracted support that is in addition to the embedded services.

The primary objectives and measurement of success for your role will be the successful configuration of the Kognitiv technology platform, performing as a subject matter expert for more junior resources, the management of other resources as a manager or as a lead on client/project and the successful support of clients and client requests on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Project Delivery & Satisfaction

  • Perform the initial configuration of the technology as defined by the solution architects.
  • Testing of configuration
  • Perform the transition of clients from initial configuration to ongoing delivery support.
  • QA final implementation prior to go-Live.
  • Provide timely resolution of issues
  • Understand and follow end to end support processes as required.
  • Coordinate and deliver projects
  • Assist in quarterly and annual meetings with clients to discuss the performance of services, value delivered and future plans/recommendations.
  • Support and contribute to the improvement of implementation and operational processes.
  • Focus on documentation and peer user instruction



Platform Related Service Tasks

  • Named representative for escalated configuration issues
  • Develop and deliver operational reports
  • Assist broader business and business development function as a Kognitiv technology SME.
  • Kognitiv technology platform optimisation in line with internal or client programs
  • Client guidance and configuration support
  • Platform configuration knowledge and expertise
  • Quality Assurance
  • Periodic platform reviews

  • Bachelor degree and or related work experience is required.
  • 3+ years of related technical and configuration experience.
  • 3+ years of project/account management
  • Experience in a technology driven business including consulting, SaaS, PaaS and other software technology driven businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement medium scale regional projects with multiple vendors, multiple client contacts and multiple clients/Partners
