Job Description:
What You'll Do

• Ensure disciplined execution of Cyber initiatives and risk remediation efforts aligned with Identity Management and Governance functions
• Engage with the engineering team to develop solutions for complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) requirements
• Ensure disciplined execution of Cyber initiatives and risk remediation efforts.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Collaborates with cross-functional resources to drive progress toward IAM based cyber initiatives and deliverables
• Implement and maintain Identity Management and Governance technologies
• Ensure IAM solutions are in line with the organization's security policies and regulatory requirements
• Engage in annual audit activities, serving as a SME on the Identity Management and Governance technology stack
• Delivers metrics and performance reporting to enhance real-time risk decisions and initiative prioritization.
• Collaborates with cross-functional resources to drive progress toward cyber initiatives or risk remediation deliverables
• Coordinates all exam management requests with program owners.
• Performs due diligence and validation on identified risk findings.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Analytics Business Administration and Management, or Project Management
• 4+ years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related
• In Lieu of Education 6+ years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related

Bonus Points If You Have

• Identity Management tools: NetIQ, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar
• Identity & Access Management provisioning
• NetIQ specific modules: Designer, iManager, iMonitor
• Developing IDM Drivers
• Identity Governance development
• Access Certifications development and engineering
• Experience with Java, XML, JSON, and scripting languages
• REST Connectors, SCIM, Ansible, and Angular/React highly desirable
• Understanding of LDAP and Directory Services
• Understanding of Networking topics (DNS, Load balancing, TCP/IP, etc.)

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
