CX/UX Designer
What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll be a dedicated designer for the Process Safety Management (PSM) product domain of the Enablon platform. PSM includes 3 apps that help companies in various industries like construction, oil & gas, chemical, mining, and beverage ensure safety by analyzing risky work activities and planning to prevent accidents. Your work will help improve the PSM products, making them more user-friendly and valuable for customers. This position offers many learning opportunities and room to explore.
Your tasks and responsibilities

Create high-quality design solutions and convey them through various deliverables: screen flows, prototypes, mockups, specifications, etc. Iterate to reach a balance between business goals and user needs.

Understand and actively use available UX artifacts (journey maps, business logic diagrams, personas, etc.) for creating relevant design solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to align user needs with business objectives.

Conduct UX research activities (interviews, testing sessions, workshops) as a "co-pilot" with a senior designer or UX researcher.

Support developers in implementing designs accurately to ensure high-quality final products.

Continuously enhance business awareness and build industry knowledge.
The team
You'll work on PSM products as part of a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and more. A senior designer will supervise your work in the PSM area, and you’ll report to Enablon’s design manager. While focusing on the PSM area of Enablon most of the time, you'll get access to Wolters Kluwer’s large international community of over 250 UX professionals, who belong to other divisions of the company and work on dozens of other software products.
This is you

Minimum 2 years of experience in a UX designer or Product Designer role or relevant professional experience;

Solid expertise in interaction design, prototyping, sketching, and usability testing;

Awareness of UX research practices and ability to work with research materials;

Ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating with the cross-functional team;

Your approach is structured, and you show excellent communication skills within a wide field of stakeholders;

You speak English fluently;

Tool knowledge: Figma is a must; Miro or any other ideation/workshopping tool; Pendo or any other web analytics system; Confluence or an alternative for design documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer-Interaction science, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related field;
