Your role within Enablon:

In this role, you’ll join Enablon’s product design team that focuses on a platform for worker health and safety, sustainability, and risk management. Enablon supports some of the world’s largest companies across industries like aerospace, construction, oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, mining, and pharmaceuticals, helping them ensure safety, plan hazardous work activities, prevent incidents, and more. You’ll contribute to a specific product domain, collaborate closely with a senior designer, and be part of a vibrant design community. This position offers lots of opportunities to learn, explore, and experiment.
Your Responsibilities:

Create high-quality design solutions and convey them through various deliverables: screen flows, prototypes, mockups, specifications, etc. Iterate to reach a balance between business goals and user needs.

Understand and actively use available UX artefacts (journey maps, business logic diagrams, personas, etc.) for creating relevant design solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to align user needs with business objectives.

Conduct UX research activities (interviews, testing sessions, workshops) as a "co-pilot" with a senior designer or UX researcher.

Support developers in implementing designs accurately to ensure high-quality final products.

Continuously enhance business awareness and build industry knowledge.
Your Skills:
-
UX research: being able to assist a senior designer in UX studies and workshops and integrate research findings into design.

Interaction design: ability to create intuitive and effective design solutions that address user needs and goals.

Design systems: proficiency in utilizing the established design system and contribute to its improvement as needed.

Sketching: ability to create quick drafts to discuss and refine design concepts with the team.

Prototyping: proficiency in building interactive prototypes for usability testing and for communicating interactions to developers.

Usability testing: ability to conduct usability tests with guidance from a senior designer and refine designs based on results.

Collaboration: working effectively within a cross-functional team, where fluent English is essential for clear communication in an international environment.
Tools:

Figma is a must have;

Miro or any other ideation/workshopping tool;

Pendo or any other web analytics system;

Any advanced prototyping tool (for example, Framer, Axure, Proto.io, etc.);

Confluence or an alternative for design documentation.
