THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Social Media to our CX Operations team in Miami!

As a CX Associate Social Media, you will be the guardian of our US Social Media CX operation. This person will provide support to users, while sharing knowledge, providing technical support, and escalating threats and opportunities to the leaders, making our social media support more qualified and efficient.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage the incoming social media comments within our Social Media channels to identify customers’ needs and engage with our users in a meaningful way.
  • Detect brand opportunities, possible crisis, and proactively engage in mentions and conversations about Wellhub on social media (social listening).
  • Collect and report user's feedback on product and services, bringing learnings and insights to leaders.
  • Help us create reports to be shared with internal stakeholders to improve our product.
  • Assist in building a cohesive social media strategy to ensure brand relevance and growth. 
  • Ensure our social media tone of voice, knowledge base and success metrics are always relevant and up to date.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media and digital trends to keep Wellhub ahead of its competitors. 
  • Identify and create playbooks, communications, and other opportunities related to process improvement. 
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 2 years of experience with Social Media. 
  • Previous experience with support on Social Media with deep knowledge of Review Channels and Community tools, such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, app stores, Google Business, Trustpilot, and Reddit.
  • Previous experience with Google Workspace tools, such as Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Clarity about the threats and opportunities that need to be escalated to leadership.
  • Fluent English and knowledgeable of US culture and behaviors.
  • Analytical mindset focused on scalable results.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • Well-informed and aware of what is happening in the world.
  • Personal organization and commitment to the team and to Wellhub.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Spanish is a plus. 
  • Resides in Miami and has full availability to work onsite 3 days a week.

In Miami the hourly base salary range for this role is $21.17 - $26.46. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
