Your role

Assume overall responsibility for cutover management for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects

Lead central function for cutover management globally for multiple SAP deployment projects

Collaborate with the corporate IT team and hubs to ensure that the cutover plans are synchronized with parallel cutovers regarding timelines & conflict resolution
-
Provide guidance on methodology for cutover management to project members in Hub IT cross streams and establish methodological guardrails
-
Develop high-level cutover plan templates (incl. dry-runs, contingency planning, etc.) and manage/mitigate risks for multiple roll-ins

Report on global cutover status to and resolve arising challenges in close collaboration with program steering functions

Ensure documentation (incl. lessons learned) and guidance for subsequent cutovers
Your profile
-
Proven experience with cutover management in the context of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external vendors / partners

Proven ability to lead technical resources regarding functional topics

Willingness to travel for business occasionally

Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field

Excellent organizational and communication skills
