AutoScout24 Group, the largest pan-European online car market, is looking for an intern to work full-time within CUSTOMER SUPPORT in our Padua office.
What you will do:
The profile will be placed within the Customer Support Team and will have focus on:
- customer operations (B2B and B2C)
- customer care and switchboard activities
Your profile:
The desired profile has preferably:
- diploma / degree
- knowledge of Office package, especially Excel
- knowledge of English language (B1 or better)
- relationship skills in working with a team, in an organized and well-structured environment
- clear and persuasive verbal and written communication
- good management and organization of time schedules
