As a Customer Supply Manager, you will be responsible for

    • Lead supply chain work with internal departments in US and France, to ensure cost optimization, speed-to-market and compliance with internal and external rules & regulations.
    • Ensure effective customer service to Exotec customers throughout NA through coaching and development of team members and implementation of practices that support SLAs.
    • Ensure service levels for product delivery are met.
    • Find way to improve overall customer satisfaction
    • Supervise procurement and delivery of traded goods, delivering margin targets.
    • Oversee management of rental fleets (scissor lift, etc.)
    • Supervise rack supply projects to ensure they are delivered on time and at expected margin. 
    • Supervise Exotec NA stock management at minimal, accurate but appropriate levels to deliver availability objectives and financial control. 
    • Manage a team: recruit and ensure proper onboarding, training and development of team members
    • Monitor logistics budgets
    • Resolve escalated issues arising from operations
Requirements
    • 5 years experience in the related area
    • 3+ years managerial experience
    • Extensive knowledge of the function
