At the core of Bectran's mission, our Customer Success Department plays a pivotal role. This team is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction from the initial product demonstration to ongoing support post-implementation. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be involved in crucial aspects of SaaS Product Implementation, Product Management & Strategy, and providing both Technical and Business Support to our clients.
What You Will Do:• Lead and support customer onboarding and implementation for the Bectran platform.• Collaborate in product enhancement by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored features/workflows.• Prioritize product development based on customer feedback and software development cycles.• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential clients using online conferencing tools.• Provide comprehensive customer support to existing clients via phone, email, or support tickets.
What You Need to Be Successful:• Bachelor's degree.• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or business client-facing role (Preferred but not required).• Strong passion for application functionality and design.• A natural ability to understand and articulate software features.• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.• Exceptional communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $60k-$70k annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
