Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by ensuring the successful fulfillment and optimization of our web products, specifically focusing on Google My Business setup and the validation of third-party profiles. You will act as a liaison between WebForge and our clients, ensuring that their digital objectives are met with our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation, with a particular focus on Google My Business setups and third-party profile validations.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, providing continuous support and updates to enhance their website and digital presence.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align client onboarding processes with broader company goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, adjusting strategies to improve service delivery and client retention.
  • Educate clients on the full range of WebForge products and how they can be leveraged to achieve their business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to website setup and profile management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed reports and feedback to management on client progress, challenges, and the success of implemented strategies.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or client service roles within the tech or web development industry.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Google My Business, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proven track record of fostering positive client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software and digital tools.

  • Work hours at 9am- 6pm EST Monday-Friday.
