 Job Description: 

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Specialist will engage with the customer base ensuring a positive customer experience on all fronts.  The selected candidate will be focused on supporting successful product use, contract, and order management along with customer retention. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the technology industry. This is a full-time, on-site role with excellent prospects for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at scale throughout key points in the customer journey.
  • Respond to customer requests and issues as the highest priority
  • Provide training on customer's request, and when new features are released
  • Review signed contracts and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and changes
  • Process sales orders and warranty orders
  • Prepare data for importing into the CRM
  • Prepare account statements
  • Review all outstanding open orders, work to resolve and expedite shipment delays and rush orders
  • Various reporting for internal and external clients
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing work processes and procedures
  • Ad Hoc reports and projects as needed

 Skills and Experience

  • Team player, self-motivated
  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and macros
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
