Role Summary
Role: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Fremont, CA.
Summary:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a meaningful, dynamic, and insightful experience to both current and prospective customers. From their first interaction with Pebble to the moment they take delivery of their new Pebble Flow, you will ensure every touchpoint exceeds expectations.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate individual who excels at creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with new owners, guests and prospective customers to create a welcoming atmosphere to discuss Pebble’s offerings. Share knowledge about the Pebble Flow and the benefits of sustainable travel.
- Facilitate a seamless delivery process by guiding customers through their journey—from product exploration to the handoff of their Pebble Flow electric RV.
- Excite and educate customers through product demonstrations and vehicle orientations, showcasing the unique features of the Pebble Flow.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with documentation, and ensuring vehicles are prepared for delivery to Pebble’s high-quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed monthly sales and delivery goals.
- Perform additional tasks to meet business needs, including supporting special events.
Requirements:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: At least 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiastic about Pebble’s mission and innovations in sustainable travel and technology.
- Strong Communication Skills: Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM tools, and an ability to stay informed on EV trends and local incentives.
