Department Overview
The Middle Office is a critical hub within the company, serving as the operational backbone between client-facing sales teams and regulatory-focused compliance functions.
This department ensures seamless client onboarding, trade processing, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards. As the firm’s conduit between the Front Office (Sales) and Business Enablement (Compliance), the Middle Office drives operational efficiency, fosters client trust, and mitigates risks in the high-paced FX environment.
Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager is responsible to enhance client relationships, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across internal departments. The CSM will function as the primary liaison between the Sales and Compliance teams, ensuring that customer needs are met while aligning with the firm’s regulatory and operational protocols.
This role is pivotal in streamlining communication, optimizing the customer journey, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Customer-facing roles for 2-5 years, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Business Development, Customer Support or Technical Support.
- Experience of working within a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable;
- Specialized knowledge in the FX industry;
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
- Experience in training and onboarding clients effectively;
- Deep understanding of the mechanics within a financial firm between front office and compliance, having an understanding of the world of compliance;
Languages:
- High standard of oral & written English is mandatory;
- Fluency in other European languages is desirable.
