Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Customer relationship management, success leadership, customer strategy and growth;
- IT Service Management;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; And 2+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or System Administration;
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
- University degree or 05 years of relevant experience;
- Aviation Experience: Commercial Management, Air Services Development or Airline IT Experience.
- Relevant Account Management Experience.
- ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification will be considered as a differentiator.
- Confirmed ability to problem-solve and present solutions to complex business challenges effectively
- Availability to travel
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with validated ability to communicate and influence optimally all levels of the organization.
- Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
- Experience leading efforts of multi-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs.
