About the job: Customer Success Manager (m/f/x)

For our Customer Success- team, we are looking for a dynamic profile who is passionate about digitizing their customers in Belgium with creative ideas.

Your challenge:  

  • Proactively calling our dealers and identifying their needs.  
  • Setting priorities based on the Customer Journey, e.g. onboarding new customers.  
  • Apply the motto “Be the customer's best friend” and provide feedback to the organization.  
  • As a product expert, you ensure an optimal customer experience and a long-term customer relationship.  
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.  
  • Work within existing structures and make improvements.  
  • Confident and solution-oriented handling of challenges in outbound service calls.  

 

Your Profile:  

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Care or other customer-facing roles.  
  • A completed education, degree or experience in sales support an analytical mindset.  
  • Knowledge of digital media and an understanding of the latest market trends  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills on the phone/Zoom.  
  • Independent way of working  
  • You are a team player and pull together with your team  
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage   
  • Native French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other official language, English is an advantage
