The Role

What We Do

We’re a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors, and insurance agents. About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves. 

We help them do just that. We work together to create beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for them. The end goal is to help them build better relationships with their clients with less hands-on effort.

About the Role

We are looking for a bright, engaging person who will be the front-line of our brand experience. Customer Success Coordinators work closely with FMG's subscribers, who have purchased guidance and help through the setup process. As a Customer Success Coordinator, client communication and relationship building will be critical to your success. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and an eye for design will all be essential in this role.

Compensation 

This position offers $16-$17.50/per hour based on experience and skills; this position also has the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus as long as performance metrics are met

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Clear and professional communication with subscribers via phone, email, and video conference to collaborate on building their website.
  • Adapt your approach to a wide range of subscribers, from those who are more “hands-on” to those who want more guidance and support.
  • Build subscribers’ websites using our proprietary content management system (CMS).
  • Notate your work in our client relationship management software (Hubspot).
  • Manage your calendar and schedule with a workload of 30+ projects.
  • Set proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process, keeping them on target and within the expected timeframe.
  • Work closely with other departments (Fulfillment, Domains, Copywriting and Front End Devs) to accomplish tasks related to building or launching websites.
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior Customer Service or Support experience
  • Time Management
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Self driven 
  • An eye for design

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Project management experience will be extremely helpful
  • Interest in HTML, CSS is a plus
