This Customer Strategy & Success Analyst position represents a unique opportunity to join a growth stage company that has essentially re-entered start-up mode. We’re seeking people excited about that opportunity who are looking to make things happen!
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
- 1-2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in data analytics or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, leveraging data analysis tools (proficiency in Excel a must, SQL or BI tool experience a plus)
- Ability to proactively manage own tasks across multiple customers and guide team priorities
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to apply rigorous analytics to business problems
- Excels in a highly collaborative team environment with a diverse set of teams and perspectives
