Role Overview:
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in onboarding clients, implementing website optimizations, and providing technical support. This role requires strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as expertise in front-end technologies and debugging tools. It is an in-office position located in our NYC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer onboarding, implementation, and integration of our technology.
- Analyze website performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Build and deliver technical presentations for customers.
- Troubleshoot/debug customer-reported issues.
- Analyze web performance issues.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce sites, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex bugs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, web development, or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and extremely comfortable traversing the DOM.
- Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control & collaboration system.
- Strong debugging skills and experience using Chrome DevTools.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance metrics (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with website optimization a plus
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify (a plus).
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly valuable.
- Enjoys collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary of between $100,000-$125,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
