Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team, on a fixed-term, maternity-cover contract. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our services, including pricing, availability, and turnaround times.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database as needed.
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Working closely with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to management to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed.
