Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative Skills & Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- A self-starter with a drive for growth and a strong desire to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goals.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and customers.
