About the job
- Responsible for the installation of HotelRunner products in hotels
- Engage hotels in our products and increase their daily application usage frequencies
- Master the detailed functions and features of our products
- Work closely with a team of sales specialists and managers
- Create solid relationships with hotels
- Qualify up-selling and cross-selling leads and opportunities
- Proactively call into carefully targeted accounts; utilize and maintain a corporate database
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from related departments
- 4-5 years of Hospitality and Accommodation experience
- Experience with PMS and channel management at e-commerce
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, partner service, and communication, both over the phone and in email
- Experience using CRM solutions to manage hotels and pipelines for speed and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- High energy, high enthusiasm, yet professional
- Excellent communicator; assertive and persuasive
- Creative, great listener, and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A passion and desire to work at a company trying to change the World
