Job Description:
This position supports the execution of go-to-market plans and sales campaigns to grow volume, revenue, and profit within targeted segments. He/She collaborates with other groups to ensure the right messages get to the target audience through all communication channels. Office location is possible throughout Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Supports key initiatives to drive volume, revenue, and profitability growth for UPS in DE, CH, AT
- Identifies strategic implementation opportunities of key customer issues to develop alternatives in
incentive plans, product repositioning and new approaches to the marketplace
- Creates and uses marketing tools and provides information to internal stakeholders to contribute to
market plans
- Creates customer-facing content, trains sales force on initiatives
- Does competitive and market intelligence
- Opportunity generation and management
- Reviews segment resources (e.g., periodicals, financial reports, field reviews, etc.) to stay current
on trends and issues that impact customers
Knowledge/Skills:
- Business acumen and market analysis skills, industry background knowledge is a benefit
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Microsoft office and data analysis
- Presentation creation skills
- Knowledge of UPS products and services a benefit
- Contributes to and helps develop project plans to ensure projects are completed
on time and according to specifications
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Strong English skills required, German skills preferred

By agreement and qualification according to pay scale group
