About the role:

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist, located in Dubai, UAE.As a senior sales specialist you will oversee the company’s regional efforts and Responsible for revenue growth and customer experience, focusing on small and medium sized customers within the P&SP business in the Middle East region, with the main focus on the UAE.
This role includes new business development, time and territory management, sales tools and analytics utilization, product knowledge, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manages account portfolio and prepares and implements sales plans specific to the P&SP business in the Middle East.
  • Leads and coordinates customer relationships within the Middle East, working to understand customer needs and identify potential new clients.
  • Inputs information in CRM, providing the required documentation aligned to Dow sales processes, with a focus on the Middle East market, and particularly the UAE.
  • Manages Sales Contracts and rebate agreements following Dow guidelines and legal requirements, catering to the nuances of the Middle East region.
  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to influence sales/marketing plan.
  • Leads and conducts negotiations and implements price changes and strategies, with a keen understanding of the Middle East and global market dynamics.
  • Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results, with cross-functional integration across the EMEA region

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree with strong command over English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Emirati candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • A solid track record with at least two years of experience in technical, sales, or functional roles.
