About the role

Join ShowingTime+ as a Customer Experience Consultant and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and efficiency. In this role, you will successfully implement customer support strategies that ensure flawless service delivery across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

You Will Get To:

  • Providing efficient and high-quality customer service through multiple channels (phone and email).

  • Mentoring customers and offering effective solutions to meet their needs.

  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and prioritizing customer happiness.

  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, media delivery, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM software, Salesforce.

  • Providing valuable feedback to our product team to enhance the customer experience.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $19.60 - $31.40 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Experience in a contact center role is helpful.

  • A proven track record of independently managing a high volume of customer cases.

  • Proficiency in web-based products, MS Office, and Salesforce (or a similar CRM system).

  • A dedicated, driven, and open approach.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision.

  • Flexibility to work during evenings and/or weekends
