60% Leading the India Cluster Training Organization and Delivery
- This role is member of India Leadership Team
- Engage key stakeholders in India Cluster including Country Manager, Category Lead, Digital client partner, People Experience, etc to provide consultation and advice for organizational learning strategy and priorities
- Lead the development of India & clsuter market training strategy ensuring business requirements are met through development and execution of customer facing training services that are efficient and valued, while also monitoring budget, in alignment with BM3.3
- Leads a team of 5-7 direct reports. Manage and Coach country trainers, build a high-performing training team in India cluster
- Organizes the cluster training schedule and time allocation of the pool trainers
- Ensuring the uniform delivery of learning at cluster/country level (including product knowledge, marketing and selling skills training, sustainability programs, innovative learning assets, virtual tools, etc.)
- Drive the change management of Pfizer ecosystems (tools and processes) to EM standards in conjunction with the BU heads and other CLT stakeholders.
- Seeks opportunities to streamline Training delivery. Set performance standards and establish/document training certification process to ensure all trainees are certified on critical capabilities that enable them to manage successful customer facing interactions.
- Collecting and providing country specific learnings and performance metrics that support continuous improvement
- Ensure India Audit success through continuous activities through effective collaboration with the Regulatory and Compliance functions.
- Contribution to the EM & Global PLA strategy
- Provide local market insights to the global and EM learning strategy teams to ensure the global offering meets the complex local requirements.
- Co-develop with Global PLA to design and deliver brands, commercial skills, systems and tools training interventions for customer-facing commercial colleagues using multiple and mixed methods to engage the modern learner.
- Contribute to the development of the training Operating Plan to agree key training priorities in line with the business needs, and secure budget.
- Secure alignment of the India L&D activities to the global & EM PLA strategy.
- 40% Delivering PLA curriculum training in India
- Effectively engage with Business Unit clients to define and deliver learning initiatives that have quantifiable value and impact
- Ensure compliance of training content/activities and approval system is followed with the proper documentation in place.
- Master the application of multiple delivery modalities to effectively deliver training programs that address identified capability needs within budget.
- Make use of training evaluation tools and partner with the business to discuss training metrics, outcomes and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Establish regular touch points to discuss field coaching observations and accordingly build/implement the appropriate training sustainability solutions.
- Track training Interventions using multiple modalities and tools (Face-to-face, WebEx/Virtual, Social Learning, Micro-Learning, etc.)
- Work closely with a marketing team to develop/understand a promotion strategy and then incorporates this strategy into the training program. Coordinate brand trainings with subject matter experts (Medical and Marketing).
- Delivers on demand meeting facilitation applying PLA skills techniques
- Monitor the adherence to streamlined local review and approval of learning materials
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required as a minimum
- Min. 10 years of professional experience. Min 6 years in function or transferable experience.
- Demonstrated training delivery and facilitation skills, or transferable experience
- Previous team leadership and direct people management experience strongly preferred.
- Sales and marketing experience would be preferable.
- Candidates should be based in the India.
- Evidence of successful cross-functional & cross-cultural working and ability to collaborate
- Evidence of a Leadership style that results in a positive impact on colleagues at all levels and disciplines
- Experience of presenting and working at a BU Leadership level or Regional and Global Brand team level
- Proven track record in change management and strategic leadership with evidence of problem solving and decision making to positively impact business results
Skills and Knowledge - Strongknowledge in India pharma industry and digital trend
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both face-to-face and virtual environment)
- Proficient in project management skills. Proven ability to drive execution of strategies.
- Proficient in common technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and Training platform
- Language skills: fluent in English
