That is why we are currently looking for an individual who is motivated to join our team as the Customer Engagement Representative

Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Representative:

  • Work directly with client customers and assist with answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, and close sales
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and follow all client compliance guidelines when working with customers
  • Have a full understanding of daily and quarterly sales goals 
  • Master all product knowledge and be able to cross sell different products and services
  • Work seamlessly with the Customer Service team and trade tips in order to improve as a whole

Requirements of the Customer Engagement Representative:

  • A high school degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or other related field is preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in any customer service related position
  • A desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • The ability to communicate well both internally and externally
  • Possessing a competitive spirit and a drive to grow is a plus
