The Position
The Opportunity
The Customer Engagement Head plays a pivotal role in enabling better outcomes by delivering value for patients across all ecosystems in the country. This is a high-level leadership role focusing on enabling the customer facing teams (Patient Journey Partners) according to the needs of patients/customers.
The role actively participates in regular enabling team meetings, contributing expertise and insights to drive decisions that directly impact Roche Morocco. This will involve providing strategic input on customer-centric initiatives, while also aligning with broader organizational goals within the enabling team framework.
Main Responsibilities
- Helps strengthen the PPOC model by creating safe environments for the team.
- Acts as a team coach/mentor to develop the required mindset and capabilities by facilitating team’s self-management and autonomy.
- Support teams (PJPs), in their learning journey, provides support on both individual & team level
- Promotes a feedback culture within groups and team-collaboration.
- Engages and fosters PJPs’ connections with the network across disease areas, other ecosystems and beyond borders to foster learnings and experience exchange.
- Acts as a change agent to accelerate ecosystem team and individual capabilities for patient centricity and enhance Customer engagement where needed towards our purpose.
- Supports definition/implementation of country-wide customer engagement strategy
- Supports the team to have an expanded vision in order to ensure best resources allocation which creates most value for patients
- Oversees Business performance of the Ecosystems
- Acts fully in compliance with Competition Law and Roche Code of Conduct in carrying out all duties; in this regard, it is of utmost importance to avoid prohibited practices.
Who you are
Experience and Qualifications
- University Degree, MBA and/or Scientific Diploma with 7+ years' experience in business development, marketing, commercial and/or sales.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in launching new products.
- Fluency in Arabic, English & French, oral and written

- People management (train, coach & develop), energetic and inspired view on the work, ability to inspire teams and others
- Ability to analyze, diagnose market and ecosystems’ dynamics and accordingly make sound decisions,
- Business acumen – deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market, competition
- Strong and impactful communication skills to convey complex ideas and alternatives to the Ecosystem Stakeholders and other involved parties
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution
