Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day operations planning on behalf of specific Printpack customers. Responsible for managing items, orders, inventories, and shipment releases to meet customers’ needs while optimizing the use of Printpack's production resources.

  • Analyzes forecasts to proactively plan production for the customer’s products, ensuring the customer’s demand is consistently met, minimum stocking levels are maintained, and changes are incorporated into production plans.

  • Processes items, orders, and shipment releases accurately and promptly to ensure the customer has the right products at the right time.

  • Serves as the point of contact between the customer and internal groups on daily operational matters.

  • Develops and maintains reports that support the customer and internal groups, such as inventory and order status reports, trial reports, etc.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner that demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellent customer service, to facilitate the flow of orders and information

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • A college degree in a related discipline is preferred but not required
