Job Description
We seek a Customer Account Associate to play a meaningful role in our company. Our values amplify productivity, increase retention, and strengthen the team's morale. The Customer Account Associate will stay informed about discounts, promotions, and product and service specifications while maintaining good customer relations and enhancing their overall experience. The Customer Account Associate must be comfortable working with customers in person and serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management.
Duties include:
- Learn and retain pertinent product knowledge for our brands
- Follow retail partners' guidelines
- Sell to potential customers through face-to-face interactions
- Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client's services
- Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
