HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Works to manage incoming leads and create opportunities in a timely and effective way supporting domestic independent bicycle retailers and house accounts to prioritize and maximize sales for Custom Water Bottles.
- Develops relationships with market leaders to track and deliver sales results that meet and exceed sales goals set forth with the team leadership
- Works with customer to efficiently and thoroughly capture each order request in detail to support full order process successfully
- Works with our department to constantly improve the way in which we work together to drive positive change
- Works seamlessly with Graphic Team to help meet and exceed customer expectations on custom printed bottles assortment
- Works in conjunction with production team to understand lead times, inventory levels, and all details required to fulfill orders on time with accuracy

- Organized and detailed able to keep multiple detailed tasks in check
- Able to hit deadlines and know how to manage priorities in your workload to hit them knowing that deadlines are necessary for the customer and the team you work with
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Customer Service Experience of 2+ years
- Sales Experience of 3+ years
- Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle experience a plus
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based on the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $55,228-$91,126
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
