We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer with experience in both teaching and BI Analytics to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and editing our BI Analytics program curriculum.

After applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment following your Online Introductory Call. This assignment will involve creating a short lesson on a given topic to demonstrate your curriculum development skills. You will need to complete this task within 3 working days.

Note: We would gladly accept a content sample from your existing portfolio as part of your application.



What you will do

  • Create and edit educational materials (e.g. written text, interactive tasks, assessment questions, and real-world projects) based on student feedback, bug reports, and changes in the job market reported by our career team.
  • Collaborate with content designers and illustrators to bring the curriculum to life through storytelling, images, clarifying diagrams, videos, and engaging interactive elements.
  • Ensure all written content meets internal content quality standards and aligns with learning objectives.
  • Coordinate curriculum updates with project reviewers and tutors who support students as they work through the curriculum.



Requirements

  • Experience teaching and/or creating educational content.
  • A deep understanding of core BI concepts.
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience building spreadsheets and drawing insights from them.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, reviewers, and tutors.

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
  • Professional experience in a business analytics role.
  • Experience using AI to complement traditional BIA work.
  • Some experience with Python is an advantage.
