You will execute transportation operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will be responsible for activities such as transport planning (load planning, route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead transportation related operational activities such as transport planning (load and route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims, freight billing and pay, pallet management, tender support, third-party performance management, etc.
- Monitor, verify, update, analyze and report on our company's transportation KPIs and introduce corrective actions to continuously improve our transportation operations
- Coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure punctual, timely and in-full deliveries, in accordance to our standard operating procedures
- Participate and provide input into regular service provider performance reviews
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on shortages, delays, quality issues, and other losses while permanently analyzing the root causes of recurring problems
- Participate in project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with (CI) projects and tenders and capacity management

- Experience in transportation and/or logistics and/or supply chain continuous improvement functions
- Sound analytical and presentation skills to detail and substantiate process deviations and identified opportunities
- A high degree of conceptual thinking to grasp the larger logistics picture and find solutions out of the box
- Being able to communicate effectively and considerately toward internal and external customers and suppliers
- Comprehensive understanding of business principles in combination with a high degree of initiative
- Knowledge of third-party logistics or logistics service provider operations
- Understanding of the cost and loss drivers connected to transportation and logistics processes
El rol de PMO and Digital Expert de Customer Service and Logistic estará a cargo de liderar la ejecución de proyectos dentro del área y las iniciativas de digitalización y automatización, enfocado en alcanzar los targets de productividad y reducción de costos de operación.
Cómo contribuirás:
- Gestionar el desarrollo e implementación de los proyectos utilizando la metodología y las herramientas adecuadas
- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar los riesgos a nivel de proyecto y remitirlos a los líderes cuando sea necesario
- Proporcionar informes de proyectos y actualizaciones de estado utilizando sistemas de evaluación, y reuniones periodicas con los stakeholders.
- Dirigir la relación con los proveedores externos garantizando la calidad en todas las fases de ejecución del proyecto
- Liderar y soportar el avance de proyectos para cumplir con los objetivos de productividad en la región
- Apoyar la estimación y validación de cálculo de productividad alcanzada en los proyectos y el registro en la herramienta global
- Contribuir en el análisis de costos e identificación de oportunidades de productividad
- Liderar la agenda de implementación y desarrollo de herramientas de digitalización y automatización requeridas
Qué aportarás:
- Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingenieria Industrial, Comercio Internacional o afines
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gerencia de proyectos en áreas de logística, comercio exterior, servicio al cliente, order management, facturacion, créditos o contabilidad financiera
- Con solidas habilidades de planificación de proyectos, proactividad en la identificación de riesgos y mitigaciones, así como en el cumplimiento de fechas y plazos de entrega
- Excelencia en análisis de costos y manejo de presupuesto
- Con profundo conocimientos en gestión de la cadena de suministro
- Experiencia en procesos de comercio exterior en Latinoamérica, deseable.
- Pensamiento crítico, atención al detalle, flexibilidad y orientacion al cliente
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y capacidad de influencia
- Excelente manejo de Excel y conocimiento en SAP/GTM/OTN y Herramientas de Automatizacion y Digitalizacion
- Ingles B2 mínimo
- Experiencia en compañías Multinacionales, de Consumo Masivo y trabajo con equipos remotos. Deseable
