Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Optimization Manager you will lead our client data measurement, optimization and personalization strategy and daily management of assigned client accounts and planned campaigns, focusing on successful measurement insights discovery, measurement tracking implementation and optimisation of their marketing channels, journeys and web properties.

You will identify commercial opportunities and partner with Seniors and Directors to develop and implement innovation and process optimization to benefit the entire global team.

Last but not least, you will also coach Analytics & Optimization Executives, to ensure they’re learning, helping us achieve our global goals and their progression milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tactically excellent Optimisation & Personalisation research & insights for clients.
  • Plan, execute & manage high-quality optimization and raw data exports research and insight generation projects and website usability audits in a timelymanner and within budget.
  • Run A/B split, multi-page, funnel and multivariate (MVT)testing to improve customer experience and increase site conversion.
  • Plan and prioritize insights towards strategic goals to meet the client’s given business challenges, targets and improve Return on investment.
  • Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with data harvesting mechanisms and present results internally or externally through the production of high-quality documentation, and verbally.
  • Proactively provides ideas for increasing the quality, standards and improving the timely delivery of the client projects they’re accountable for.
  • Work with the Senior Optimization Manager to produce relevant Jellyfipoint of view and best practice guides for distribution to clients and on thecompany blog.

Qualifications

  • Experience with web analytics (eg. Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and the ability to story-tell and visualize optimization recommendations.
  • Knowledgeable in main-stream A/B and multi-variant testing technologies (ie.Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Adobe’s Test&Target etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in dashboarding and a good understanding of the current mainstream data visualization technologies (eg. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, etc.)
  • Working closely with UX, PMs, media, analytics, data, data engineer marketingteams the understanding of Big Query, Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, HTML,CSS, mainstream CMS technology.
  • Experience in working within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience presenting to partners
  • Distill complex data sets into clear and actionable insights
