CRM SPECIALIST

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to deliver and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. In this role, you will coordinate with other marketing stakeholders to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with CRM systems and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. Ultimately, we want you to increase revenues and achieve business goals by building customer relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, testing, and optimizing communication funnels across multiple channels, and delivering data-driven CRM campaigns for the target audience for Creditstar and Monefit brands
  • Planning, building, and monitoring automated direct communication messages – creating and developing communication schemas to all products.
  • Planning and monitoring different direct communication segment lists – defining target audiences and growing them.
  • Ensuring that the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
  • A/B testing different campaigns and assets
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate CRM into the brands’ overall marketing activities.
  • Working with email platform partners and keeping the platform up to date according to the company's needs.
  • Keeping the target group lists GDPR compliance.
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of experience with online database marketing.
  • Experience building multi-channel communication flows
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Preferably experience in the Fintech industry
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, data and business understanding.
  • Abilities to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customisation requests.
  • Optimove usage experience is a plus
  • Ability to identify meaning from data patterns and spot trends.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Estonian language skills are beneficial.
  • Great time management skills and willingness to take initiative.
