We are excited to invite applications for the role of CRM Platform Administrator in our ProSource Division at our St. Louis office. The CRM Platform Administrator is the system administrator and subject matter expert of the Creatio CRM for ProSource Wholesale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing, updating, and maintaining low/no code solutions within Creatio and its related marketplace apps including creating and maintaining business workflows, dashboards, page layouts, and reports. You’ll be responsible for application testing and executing all updates and releases without negative impact to the users and will support end users and ensure system documentation is created and maintained. By collaborating with the Digital Project Manager, Training Team, vendors, and other internal teams, you will bring high quality CRM experiences to divisional franchise owners and their employees.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays. 
In this role, you will:

  • Provide hands-on administration, configuration, and no-code development of the Creatio Platform, including user administration, role assignment and maintenance; maintaining and enhancing the visual layout, workflow rules, and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience; setting up new integrations and maintaining existing integrations using no code tools.
  • Execute QA testing including preparing test plans and test cases for new features, integrations, updates, or new releases and coordinate and lead user acceptance testing. Create and maintain regression test plan and execute full regression test and oversee the overall release process ensuring no, to extremely minimal, user disruption.
  • Provide support using rapid resolution to business challenges, technical issues and user issues.
  • Create and maintain CRM generated reports and dashboards, execute data imports and exports, monitor key system analytics and KPIs, and fulfill ad hoc analytics requests.
  • Ensure production and sandbox environments are properly updated and maintained, develop and maintain system documentation, and perform system audits.

Are you a match? We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of experience as a sales-based CRM administrator.
  • Experience with Creatio a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to gather and translate business requirements into a technology solution and implement that solution in an accurate, efficient, and reliable manner.
  • Experience with workflow or process definition, documentation, and creation.
  • Proven analytical abilities as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of web services (SOAP, REST) used within integration platforms.
  • SQL knowledge preferred
  • Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.
