LATOKEN, a top 30 crypto exchange according to CoinGecko and a leader in the altcoin market with Memepad and over 3,000 markets, is expanding its sales operations amid the crypto cycle. Recognized among the Top 30 companies for remote work, we are seeking a CRM Operations Manager to streamline processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and HR funnels.
This role is crucial for structuring processes for the sale and execution of new marketing activities, as well as managing partners to originate co-marketing efforts. We leverage chat-focused CRM systems, automate with AI, and develop plugins.
As a direct subordinate to the CEO, you’ll enjoy rapid career growth with opportunities to advance to Head of Operations or Head of a Marketing Unit. Note: This role requires presence in the CEO's office space in Dubai Marina (JBR) and entails 70+ hours of dedicated hard work per week during the rising crypto cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure Quality of Existing CRM Processes: Audit chats, tasks, qualifications, distributions, and automations. Delegate to junior staff under diligent supervision.
- Develop New Funnels: Launch marketing and partnership funnels and ensure successful conversions.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding of CRM personnel across Listings and Marketing teams.
- Lead Distribution & Qualification: Ensure leads are properly distributed and qualified.
- Process Automation: Adjust CRM systems, utilize plugins like Zapier, or manage a developer to ensure necessary integrations for all communications to be visible and well-analyzed in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Align sales and marketing efforts for smooth lead tracking and campaign support.
- Maintain and improve operational processes and Latoken’s reputation.
- 2+ years of experience managing CRM and automation projects.
- Proficiency with no-code tools like Zapier and GPT.
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Marketing campaign management experience is a plus.
- Crypto experience is nice, but not a must to have. We value integrity and accountability for result culture over specific expertise.
