Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to develop, implement, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and retention. This role is critical in aligning Life Surge’s marketing strategies with its mission by leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will ensure that marketing efforts are efficiently executed, measurable, and closely tied to the company's goals, supporting its purpose, mission, and vision of delivering transformational events and educational content.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs for Life Surge and SurgeU, optimizing communication strategies based on data to enhance the customer journey.

Oversee email campaign execution, including planning, targeting, deployment, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Act as the subject matter expert on the customer journey, ensuring cohesive communication across marketing, sales, and other channels to improve customer experience.

Develop and execute CRM strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers, ensuring teams have the necessary tools for success.

Enhance email marketing within the broader omnichannel strategy, ensuring alignment across touchpoints.

Lead CRM integrations with marketing automation, analytics, sales enablement, and event platforms for a seamless data ecosystem.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth CRM integrations, data synchronization, and system enhancements for efficiency and customer insights.

Implement lead distribution strategies and optimize sales content to align sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth.

Lead lead-generation initiatives, including webinars and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact and expert on marketing automation tools, ensuring optimal use and alignment with marketing strategies.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation while evaluating performance against KPIs.

Monitor key metrics to assess CRM and marketing initiative effectiveness, using analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Analyze audience behavior to improve targeting, segmentation, and user experience, enhancing acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Develop and oversee automated, personalized email marketing strategies to maximize engagement and conversion, continuously refining based on key metrics.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and campaign execution, with hands-on expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as marketing automation platforms.

Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and CRM integrations, with proficiency in managing data flow and API connections between platforms.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data to optimize marketing performance and drive strategic improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling messaging and collaborating effectively across teams.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about using technology to enhance customer engagement and support company goals. Creative and strategic problem-solver with an innovative mindset.
