CRM Functional/Business Analyst

What you'll be doing:
ERP Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
(1) Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. A moderate level of guidance and direction is provided.
(2) Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline, possesses strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of complex problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Limited guidance and direction is provided.
What we need:• Serves as a functional expert in the CRM domain with experience around Web applications supporting Quote to Order processes, integrated with Oracle ERP, and affiliate applications• Knowing EBS R12 Order Management will be an added advantage• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and translate them into functional requirements.• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing CRM solutions.• Able to understand complex business requirements, design solutions, and convert them into functional specifications• Have end-user, business analyst, and onsite interaction experience for requirements gathering, understanding problems, and working with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out functional activities, including new development, maintenance, and production support activities.• Develop and execute test plans to validate that CRM solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise.• Should have a good command of SQL• Able to understand the complete business flow and develop test scenarios, and test cases and execute them• To gather the requirements understand the problems and explain them to the technical developers and analysts for code development and/or code fix.• Has experience in working with different time zone counterparts• Has strong written and verbal communication skills• Good working knowledge and understanding of Agile/SCRUM processes
