Mission and responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, configuring and managing the CRM Dynamics piece, the foundation of Picaso, with vision of both channels: Contact Center and Branch.

  • Development and management of the CRM Dynamics Service module, with agent vision, customer vision and managing the different parts of the solution. 
  • Changes and developments in the data model.
  • Inclusion of flows and different parts of the CRM solution (such as USD and Sales).
  • Integration of interactions and security management.

What are we looking for in this position?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in development and technical configuration of CRM dynamics and preferable knowledge of the USD module.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Preferably CRM Dynamics certified.
  • Proven experience in the development-implementation-maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in the implementation of CRM Service module, experience and knowledge of USD will be valued.
  • Must be decisive, agile and remarkable orientation towards the development of tasks and requirements.
  • Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps...and in migrations, Web Service, XML will be valued.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
