- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in CRM analytics in the gambling/betting industry is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/KNIME, and analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of player bonuses and incentivesAbility to work with large datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in optimizing and improving CRM campaigns based on data analysis.
