Job Description

Compensation range from $70,000 to $78,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary:

As Northrop Realty’s CRM Administrator, you play a crucial role in ensuring our agent’s success in managing their client relationships. You connect our agents with our client relationship management software and demonstrate how they can leverage that technology to build and maintain productive relationships. 


Essential Functions:

  • Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and data warehouses.

  • Implements and monitors CRM access and configurations. 

  • Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. 

  • Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks. 

  • Continually communicates new features, best practices, suggested workflows, etc.

  • Designs and administers surveys and other assessment tools to capture and analyze data for Salesforce program planning, decision-making, and reporting.

  • Ensures consistent application and use of Salesforce across the brokerage.

  • Partners with Salesforce experts to improve the quality, scope, and delivery of training and software enhancements (e.g., product requests, bug fixes, etc.).

  • Designs and facilitates Salesforce training curriculum, materials (e.g., workbooks, presentations, fliers) and workshops that are aligned with current best practices and proven adult learning methodologies.

  • Hosts Salesforce training for new agents.

  • Lives the Northrop values.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Business Administration, Distance Learning, or related field preferred. 

  • 2+ years of experience working in training, development, technical, or related field.

  • Experience designing a variety of types of technology-enabled learning solutions (e.g., e-Learning, interactive multimedia, synchronous and asynchronous online training, games, simulations, informal learning opportunities).

  • Experience applying adult learning theories to the design of effective learning solutions for synchronous and asynchronous environments. 


Physical Demands:

  • May experience prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times. 


Travel Required:

  • Must be willing and able to travel between Northrop offices.

  • Must maintain reliable transportation.
