As an Executive Director Credit Default Swaps (CDS) Index Tranche Trader, you will become a vital part of our industry-leading trading team. Our team is responsible for a diverse range of products, including CDS Indices, Options, ETFs, TRS, and Tranches. As a member of our global credit trading organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales, structuring, and technology teams to deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities

• Actively market-make CDS Index Tranches to institutional clients, ensuring competitive pricing and liquidity.
• Collaborate with sales and structuring teams to enhance distribution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Support market-making activities for other macro credit products, contributing to the overall success of the trading desk.
• Lead initiatives with technology and quantitative research teams to develop advanced pricing and analytics tools for CDX tranches.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in trading CDS Index Tranches.
• Strong understanding of macro credit products, including on/off-the-run indices, options, TRS, and ETFs.
• Excellent presentation and marketing skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with technology and support teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications: SIE, Series 7, 55, CFTC Swaps Certification.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficiency in coding, with a preference for Python, to support trading and analytics initiatives.
