Job Description

  • Obtain and review monthly trust statements from Banks and TPA Services to determine collateral adequacy
  • Coordinate with Credit and Underwriting to ensure required legal agreements received and reflect approved credit terms. 
  • Assist in finalizing legal agreements including changes to legal documentation
  • Oversee DocuSign process for required legal agreements
  • Ensure compliance and reconciliation of required collateral
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines
  • Maintaining and reviewing cash applications and withdraws of collateral to the correct general ledger accounts and accounting periods, contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related field, or relevant work experience
  • 0 to 3 years of proven Insurance related credit experience with emphasis on policies and procedures
  • Analytical and organizational skills preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task
