Role Overview:
As the Creator Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, and guiding creators to success on Flip. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, providing insights to improve content performance, and fostering a strong connection between creators and the platform. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, community engagement, and analytical thinking to optimize creator growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and improve the creator onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
- Develop onboarding materials, best practices, and guidelines tailored to different creator niches.
- Provide direct support to creators, answering questions and troubleshooting onboarding challenges.
- Identify high-performing content trends and share insights with creators to help them optimize their videos.
- Support creators in developing engaging and shareable content that aligns with Flip’s goals.
- Build relationships with creators, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- Track and analyze key creator metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Improve operational workflows for creator onboarding and engagement.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions for creator support and content feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2+ years of experience in creator management, community building, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content trends, niche communities, and creator monetization strategies.
- Experience working with analytics tools to track performance and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to supporting creators.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Flip, social commerce and/or UGC platforms.
