Loughran & Co is looking for a full-time Creative Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in Chicago, IL. This person will work directly with the Creative Director and Account Director to ensure the successful execution of a variety of client account and internal brand initiatives from start to finish by ensuring the delivery of creative assets, day-to-day client communications, social media management, and media campaign strategy & research.

The ideal candidate is a creative, highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media marketing activities, including strategy development, content creation, posting, and community management.
  • Build successful email marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring effective targeting and content development.
  • Lead ideation of marketing campaigns to come up with sound strategies that can be executed cross channel.
  • Collaborate with clients on marketing strategy development, leveraging insights and industry trends to drive results.
  • Develop meeting agendas, editorial calendars, and project timelines for ongoing brand initiatives/campaigns, partner with internal creatives on asset development and delivery, providing insight into design optimizations that can improve performance.
  • Create marketing presentation decks and confidently present them to clients, effectively conveying key messages and recommendations.
  • Actively lead on strategy and creative reviews before work is presented to the client.
  • Provide strategic direction to the creative team on asset creation, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, determine the efficacy of cross-channel marketing campaigns and strategies (social media, email, etc.), and help perform market research and strategic planning to assess and ensure the profitability of campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, identify new platforms, and strategic opportunities for internal and client brands.
  • Engage in project management work as needed to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Available for hybrid office schedule in Chicago, IL.
